What if I can't capture the picture or the full picture?

If something gets in the way of you taking the photo, please try to remove the obstacle 

• Blocked by customers? Politely wait or ask them to step aside briefly, so you can capture the photo for auditing. 

• Too large for one shot? Step back to capture more, if that’s not possible and your camera is zoomed out, take 2–3 photos left to right that clearly overlap. We need the full visibility and not angled.

• Obstructed by fixtures/signage? Take the best angle possible, making it as straight on as humanly possible, then add a note in the survey explaining the obstruction. The space you had to work with ect. (this detail is important)

• Glare/poor lighting? Adjust your angle or retake until the set is visible. Don't submit photos that are low quality, we cannot accept them. 

   

Always aim for one clear photo, to capture full tobacco set, surrounding areas, straight on, with no cut-off, blurry, or angles.

If not possible, ensure your extra photos (added to the additional comments) + notes make the entire set understandable.
