If you’re close to your max time allotted in store and in the middle of merchandising a section, please start to wrap it up, so you have time to finish that task and tidy everything up.
If you end up going slightly over the Max amount of alloted time, your visit can still be approved for the additional time in store, but please note that the time spent over the max, must show the added value of the extra time in your visit. This means detailed notes and photos showing everything leading to the additional time in store.
Remember the product needs to be organized, clean, and extras that you did not have time to merchandise returned to the backroom.
Make sure the you finish the sections you were working on and take clear photos.
Leave everything neat, clean, and let store staff know.
In your survey notes, be specific about why you couldn’t finish everything (ex: waiting on backstock, manager approval, equipment not available, how much time did you have to wait to get help?).
