Yes! If you can get into the store to start and you do not find a box or new delivery, please still hit "YES" to begin the visit.
The only time you will hit "no, I cannot start the visit" is if something is preventing you from starting the visit, for example:
- Store permanently closed. - Must document with photo of sign/closure
- Store temporarily closed. - Must document with photo of sign/closure
- Other (options could be that the Manager refused the visit from the start and will not let you complete any tasks)
- If manager will not allow you in the store to complete any tasks, please be detailed on why or share the in-store experience.
