Prior to your visit we have confirmed the box has been received.
The box will be located in either:
- Backroom
- Manager's office
- Receiving area
You must check thoroughly for the carton box with the assistance of the manager.
Always confirm with the Store Manager and/or receiving area Manager the whear abouts of the box.
Before selecting "Help, no back stock available in the backroom" make sure you have searched all possible locations the box may be found with the help of the store Manager.
-Please note, store personnel are unlikely to have information about the box.
Even if the box is not found, you are still need to merchandise and make all displays look neat and full. Pull all product to the front, make sure they are presentable.
