Be sure you double and triple check the Planogram (POG) - The Shelf must match it
Example POG for reference Example Shelf should match POG to the left
Tags don't match with the correct POG?
Here's what to do! Be sure you ask the manager to print the Price Strips and place them according to the POG. The placement and should be directly under the correct product according to the planogram.
If the Manager cannot print the price tags you must still follow the Planogram exactly
What you see here
In the example POG (left photos above) the Camel King Box Crush (Blue Label)
This product should have 2 full facings.
If there’s enough stock, fill both completely.
In the example POG Natural American Spirit (Yellow Pack)
There is only ONE (1) facing
In the shelf photo (right photo above) any extra yellow packs must be placed behind the front-facing pack — not in an extra slot.
In the example POG Natural American Spirit (Blue Pack)
Should be placed next to the yellow pack, not in its spot.
-
The manager should have printed new price strips, so you can place them correctly under the new location of the Natural American Spirit (Blue Pack) to ensure it matches planogram placement exactly.
If the Manager was not able to print the price tags you must still follow the planogram exactly.
Empty space is OK
It is OK to leave empty spaces, if that correct SKU ( Brand + Size + Flavor) does not have backstock to fill them up.
