If you can’t start your visit or get inside the store, here’s what to do to make sure it still gets approved.
Closed - Business Hours
**You must return during open hours. Starting outside valid hours or outside of assigned date/time will not be approved**
Closed for Remodeling (Temporary)
Just include a photo of signage showing remodel or closure dates. Photo must be clear and show detail:

Look for missing signs, boarded-up entrances, “moved” signs, etc. — take photos of all.
- Permanently Closed
Manager Refused Visit - Be sure to document name of manager/employee rejecting visit
Be Sure you select, yes, I can start the visit, because there is more to document!

Leave detailed notes
Be polite and professional at all times, you're in their store
