Arrival Protocol: Store Closed or Refused Entry?

If you can’t start your visit or get inside the store, here’s what to do to make sure it still gets approved.

• Closed - Business Hours

  **You must return during open hours. Starting outside valid hours will not be approved**

• Closed for Remodeling (Temporary)

  Just include a photo of signage showing remodel or closure dates. Photo must be clear and show detail:

• • Permanently Closed
    Look for missing signs, boarded-up entrances, “moved” signs, etc. — take photos of all.   

• Manager Refused Visit

  • Take store front photo

  • Take photo inside

  • Leave detailed notes

  • Be polite and professional at all times, you're in their store
