When you open the Payment Center, you'll see several balances. You can tap each balance for more information. Here's an explanation of the terms:
Lifetime Earnings:
This is all the money you've earned as a Survey Merchandiser. It is the sum of the money you've been paid, what's available, and what's still pending approval.
If you tap the balance, it will show your payment history as well as payments you've requested that haven't been processed yet.
Your Lifetime Earnings changes as you complete assignments. It is possible for Lifetime Earnings to go down. For example, when you complete an assignment that pays you at an hourly rate, it will appear in your Pending balance as what you'd earn if you worked a full shift. But if you work less than the full shift, your pay will get adjusted to the actual hours you worked, and your balance would change accordingly.
Available for Payment:
This balance is what you can request for payment. To learn more about the approval and payment schedules, click here.
Tapping the balance will show you the assignments that are included.
Pending Approval:
This balance is made up of assignments you uploaded that have not been approved yet. This balance is NOT the final amount that you'll get paid. Some projects have variable pay and the final amounts are updated by Survey's review team. Examples of assignments with variable pay include ones that pay hourly, and ones with variable pay based on the outcome.
Tapping the balance shows the underlying assignments.
