This page will guide you through how to successfully complete a Cookies, Crackers, Gum, & Cough Drops Photo Audit.
Directory:
Objective
For this visit, you will be taking photos for the aisles where Cookies, Crackers, Gum, Candy, Chocolate, and Cough Drops are present. This visit will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes to complete, so please make sure your battery is charged.
Remember to take pictures discreetly and do not check in with the store before you start taking the photos. Also, please make sure the volume on your phone is muted.
Many of the pictures you submit will be stitched together. This means the pictures must have a certain amount of overlap. The correct amount of overlap is about 1-3 products. Here's a link to a full explanation.
In order to have the best outcome, please watch this short video, and follow our best practices outlined here.

Locating & Capturing Products
For this job, you are taking photographs of the aisles that contain Cookies, Crackers, Gum, Candy, Chocolate, and Cough Drops. Do not take pictures of holiday specific items like Easter or Halloween items. If an aisle contains holiday items, please skip them.
Checkout Area
You will be asked to take pictures of these items at the checkout area as well. Since checkout lanes may be crowded and difficult to take photos of, we recommend taking good photos of any closed registers first. The areas you will be asked to photos of at checkout are: the belt, above the belt, mini-endcap cooler, and self-checkout.
Across the Belt - This is the area on the opposite side of the conveyor belt that contains candy, snacks, gum and other products. We do not need photos of Beverage coolers in this section. See below for an example:
Above the Belt - This includes the area above and to the side of the conveyor belt that contains candy, snacks, gum and other products. We do not need photos of Beverage coolers in this section. See below for an example:
Above the Cooler - This refers to the cooler mini-endcap display that contains permanently placed go-cups, candy, snacks, gum and/or other products on top of them. See below for an example of the mini-endcap display.
Self-Checkout Lane - You will be asked to take photos of the items at the self-checkout lane. See below for an example.
