Not sure what counts as backstock or what to submit? Use this quick checklist to ensure you don’t get sent back.
Start by Searching for the product. If its a cold product be sure you are in the correct area cooler backstock area. Sometimes products can be hidden, make sure to look over the entire backstock room.
Can’t find it? Take photos of all areas of the backroom where it could be. This shows us the backroom and confirms the product presence or not.- Capture What You Do Find
Take 2–3 clear photos showing all products while they are on the shelves - Example: Look for all RedBull product (cases and single cans) Single cans also referenced as units.


- Putting product in a cart to take onto the sales floor: Be sure you take another photo of all product you take onto the floor. Start by placing product in the cart and then uploading a photo of it, showing all product your taking out to merchandise.

Trouble Getting Backroom Access?
If a manager doesn’t allow you into the backroom:
- Show your LOA and explain you're there on behalf of [Client Name] to support their products.
- Be polite and professional—this visit benefits both the store and the brand.
- If access is still denied:
→ Do not push. Simply say:
“No problem, I appreciate your time today.” - Complete any other tasks you’re able to.
- If asked to leave, remain calm and respectful.

Document the name of the person you spoke with and any key details—this helps us understand the situation fully.

It would be helpful to have a Legend or word bank with definitions of words, abbreviations etc. that are in the learning center and instruction pages.
ie. DSL, POG, MOD, unit,
How are we supposed to know the meaning of them?
