Survey (not Openforce) gives Merchandisers a monthly loyalty commission. The loyalty commission is 4% the amount of money you requested the month prior through Openforce, excluding the previous month's loyalty commission.
Here's an overview about how it works.
Your Loyalty Commission gets added to your account on the first business day of each month
The commissions are processed automatically. You don't have to take any action. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Your Loyalty Commission gets requested for payment automatically if it's $5 or more
The commission also gets requested for payment, so it will be in your account the business day after it gets added. If the commission amount is less than $5, it gets added to your balance but not requested. You'll be able to request it as soon as your total balance reaches $5.
Loyalty Commissions are 4% of what you requested the previous month, excluding the previous month's Loyalty Commission
It based on the amount requested through Openforce the previous month, not the amount paid. This makes it easier because requests on the last day of the month don't get paid until the next business day.
It's important to note that the previous month's Loyalty Commission does NOT generate a commission.
If you requested $535 to your Openforce account in March, 2021, and $35 of that was from the Loyalty Commission from February's requests, then your commission would be $500 * 4% = $20.
Fees are deducted from the Loyalty Commission Payment
The 2.95% fees are deducted. So if your loyalty commission was $100, you would net $97.05.
The Loyalty Commission appears in the app as "Commission from Survey.com"
