Assignment Approval and Payment Timing

Survey's approval and payment schedules are:

Completed assignments meeting all requirements are typically approved for payment within six (6) days of upload. While this timeline is generally adhered to, please note that in certain instances, approval and processing may take longer based on the client requirements. 

[We encourage our Merchandisers to monitor the app and request immediate payment for completed and approved projects to ensure payment is timely made].

• After your request is approved, you can request your payment through the app. Payments requested before 5pm EST will be processed by the end of the next business day following your request.
• Business days do not include holidays or weekends
• If you get paid by the pre-paid debit card, you will not have access to your funds until you have received and activated the card.

Please note that you must request a payment through the app's Payment Center to get paid. You do not have to request a payment until you want to get paid. If you prefer to wait until your balance accumulates, you can do that.
