Here at Survey.com we are always looking to improve your experience. Here are the latest app updates:
Version 4.25 Update
You can now set example responses with custom titles and descriptions for a project directly from the Project Manager. These are set from a new tab under the Review section of the Project Manager.
Version 4.24 Update
Request Cluster Improvements
We have made several improvements to the way that Request Clusters show in the application to help promote usage by the users. Stores that are a part of a request cluster will be highlighted with an indicator throughout the application. In addition, a new action will show on the Assignment tab of the context menu that will allow the user to go directly to view the request cluster.
In addition, we have added better messaging to the user when some or all of their requests for a cluster are not successful (previously, we only showed a pop-up message that said how many were requested and didn't give any insight on why some were not successful).
We've also added better naming of the request clusters in the application. The clusters will now each have a name that better represents what projects/stores are available in them (previously they all showed with the name "Special Request Offer"). The user will now be able to hide request offers that they are not interested as well. They can select the "No Thanks" option on the detail page for any given cluster and that will prevent them from seeing that cluster again in the app.
Inventory - Sort by Category
We have added a new feature which will allow inventory items to sort in the app by "category" instead of the current default sort which is alphabetically. This can be enabled at the section level for inventory sections. Users will also be able to search for items by category when this is enabled.
Push for Users to Claim other Projects at a Store
The app will now push users to claim/complete other projects that are available at stores where they have recently claimed or completed a project. For example, if a user claims a store for project X at Kroger #123 in Atlanta and project Y is also available to be claimed at that store then the user will be prompted to view and claim that project as well. A similar prompt will be shown when the user completes project X at that store if project Y is still available to be claimed.
We have also added changes to shipping projects, and added the ability to access attachments through the app.
What to Expect In the Future
Moving forward, we hope the customization of these preferences will allow you to see the jobs that fit your needs.
