Welcome! This guide answers the most commonly asked questions about resets. How much you get paid, how to get paid, and how to use our app.
1. What is a reset?
A reset involves rearranging all the products on the shelves or coolers of a store. You will move the products to their new locations and then update the price tags, shelf fixtures, and other materials.
2. When / how do I get paid?

PayPal is 100% free. You can link your bank accounts to it, change them, etc. without sharing ANY of that information with us. Here's a link to where you can set up an account: www.paypal.com

3. How much am I getting paid?
For this reset project, you are getting paid $15/hour for the time logged in the Crossmark log book.
4. Who am I working for?
You are an independent contractor who is working on behalf of Survey.com. Survey.com has been contracted by Crossmark to support them during the resets. Survey.com is in charge of your schedule and paying you.
Your team lead is from Crossmark. The Walgreens employees do not know anything about these topics.
5. Is there a dress code?
Yes. You can wear:
- Black or khaki pants
- Solid colored polo (no logos)
- Solid colored, closed toe shoes. (Tennis shoes are acceptable as long as the color is solid.
- Black or brand belt for men
6. If I have questions, who should I ask?
Ask your Survey.com representative.
How to use the app
Step 1: Sign in to the app and start the assignment in the Survey application by finding the store on the Assignments tab. Tap on it, tap "Start" on the pop up, and follow the directions on screen:
This is what you'll see:
Step 2: Tap "On Arrival"
Step 3: Follow the directions. Take the photos.
Continue for the sections, following the directions. At one point you will be told to put your phone away until the end of the day.
At the end of the day, the most important section is "After the Reset":
Step 5: Once you're finished, keep tapping Done. When you're back to the main screen, open the menu. You'll see "Upload Visits" and a small (1) 1 next to it in the red box:
Step 6: Tap that to upload to us.
